This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for MethodShelf digital products, downloadable files, templates, guides, browser-based tools, software utilities and productivity resources.
Overview
MethodShelf sells premade digital products, templates, guides, browser-based tools, software utilities, prompt packs, productivity systems and downloadable files for creators, freelancers and online business builders.
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are handled carefully and are not guaranteed automatically after delivery.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Digital product delivery
After a successful purchase, customers receive access to the purchased digital product through the checkout provider, delivery email, download page or product access method shown at checkout.
Please review the product description, included files, compatibility notes and product page carefully before purchasing.
When refunds may be considered
We may review refund requests in reasonable cases such as:
- A duplicate purchase of the same product was made by mistake.
- The purchased file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- A technical delivery issue prevents access to the product after purchase.
- The wrong product was purchased by mistake and the files have not been downloaded or accessed.
When refunds are generally not provided
Refunds are generally not provided for digital products after the files have been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed or used, unless there is a genuine technical or delivery issue that we cannot reasonably resolve.
Refunds are also not generally provided because a product did not produce a specific business, revenue, productivity, client, sponsorship or marketing result. MethodShelf products are practical resources and do not guarantee outcomes.
How to request a refund
To request a refund review, contact us at info@methodshelf.com and include:
- Your order email address.
- The product name.
- Your order number or receipt information, if available.
- A short explanation of the issue.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a different period is shown on the product page or checkout.
Support before refund
If there is a problem with access, download, file compatibility or product delivery, we may first try to resolve the issue by providing support, a corrected file, replacement access or additional instructions.
Checkout provider
Payments, receipts, checkout access and product delivery may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another third-party provider. Approved refunds may be processed through the original checkout provider and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and financial institution.
